Shipping policy

We currently ship across Canada (and soon beyond — stay tuned!). All of our products are hand-packed with care from our HQ in Alberta.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons, this may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Method: We use Canada Post/UPS with tracking provided once your order leaves our hands.

  • Local Pickup: Available in Cold Lake, AB only — you’ll receive a pickup notification with details when your order is ready. Pickups are at The Maple Hub Boutique and subject to their hours of operations. 

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more! 

  • Lost or Delayed Orders: Once an item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order seems delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
